The cuisine of Myanmar is near-impossible to find in Hong Kong—so we’re glad that Club Rangoon has sought to rejuvenate the conversation around this vibrant food culture. It’s a deeply personal project of founder Nelson Htoo, and on the menu you’ll find a contemporary reimagining of dishes such as mohinga, tea leaf salad and deeply flavoured curries. Designed by Hnin Pwint Aye, the cocktail menu is also not to be missed, inspired as it is by commonly found ingredients in Burmese pantries.

Tatler Tip

The Kiosk sells ready-to-drink cocktails and light snacks such as samusas and village-style egg curry bites if you want a quick grab and go.
