Stepping inside reveals a modern, minimalist space blending Scandinavian and Japanese influences, featuring an expansive open kitchen that welcomes natural light through large windows. 

Prepare for an adventurous culinary experience with Chef Viet Hong, who spent over two years working at Noma Copenhagen and Sézanne (Japan) before returning to Vietnam to realize his nearly decade-long dream of opening his own restaurant. The Euro-Asian fusion menu highlights dishes such as fresh Brittany oysters soaked in sparkling wine served with green apple and apple foam, sizzling clay pot rice cooked tableside, and the chef's innovative use of fresh herbs grown directly at the restaurant to prepare dishes, delivering an absolutely fresh dining experience.
