Ciak is a surprisingly hidden eatery in Landmark, but with cosy seating, an extensive wine list and knowledgeable staff, it’s a welcoming Italian experience in the heart of Central. Iconic Italian dishes are refined for a modern palate, while the crisp-yet-chewy pizzas— made with dough proofed for 36 hours— are non-negotiable. Pastas, such as Sicilian red prawn fettucine, are certainly on the al dente side. To finish, a very sharp lemon sorbetto with berries and crumble helped cleanse the palate from the deep flavours of food and wine.
