ChorLand's signature items include traditional dishes including typhoon shelter squid, sweet and sour pork, and stir-fried clams in black bean sauce. For those looking for more something a little different, the dai pai dong also offers house specials. Think minced pork patties with lotus root and truffle, and oat-crusted deep-fried shrimp balls with egg yolk, among other items.
