Chiu Xiang Sake Bar

Chiu Xiang is a bar where warmth and art intertwine — a space that feels at once personal and poetic. Founded in 2019 by Meng Meng (Meng-Hsuan Lin) and bartender Chiu Chun-Huan, the concept was born from Meng Meng’s deep affection for sake. Transitioning from the art world to the realm of Japanese rice wine, she became captivated by its gentle sweetness and approachable charm.

The bar features 20 to 30 handpicked sake labels, each personally selected by the duo, and many are reimagined into inventive sake-based cocktails. More than just a drinking destination, Chiu Xiang is a living, breathing expression of creativity and connection — a place where guests are welcomed not as customers, but as friends coming home.
