Perched within a century-old heritage building on Sentosa Island, 1-Flowerhill houses three distinct concepts by the 1-Group—with Camille occupying the second floor. The menu draws inspiration from Monet’s La Japonaise, blending French and Japanese flavours through a contemporary lens. The grilled Australian sea prawns offer a refined seafood experience—combining smoky, sweet and umami notes through a spicy tomato gel, sakura ebi tempura and a delicate sakura ebi emulsion. Equally impressive is the A5 Hokkaido beef and tuna akami tartare. This land-and-sea concept merges premium proteins with wasabi, puffed rice, caviar and edible flowers. Complementing the fare is a cocktail selection named after the four seasons, adding a creative, seasonal touch to the evening.
