Helmed by chef Sau del Rosario, Café Fleur is a delightful eatery located at the heart of Poblacion. Its ethos is a subtle reflection of the chef’s Kapampangan roots, from the restaurant’s homey interiors to the way it names its menu. Though it now calls Makati home, Café Fleur had first previous success in Angeles City. It is popular for its fun local take on the buko pie, known as “Vuco Fye”—a cheeky reminder of the chef’s familiar Pampanga accent.
