Bröom is one of Taman Paramount’s most-visited eateries and for good reason. Upon entering the space, guests are greeted with a view of an undulating wall of shelves decorated with loaves of homemade sourdough and glass case brimming with an unmatched pastry variety. Substantial, sit-down meals can also be enjoyed here, comprising smoked salmon bowls, Nordic smørrebrød or open-faced sandwiches, and prawn curry laksa.
