Starters provide a vibrant beginning, including Hokkaido grilled scallops—served elegantly with cauliflower purée, prosciutto, green peas and a touch of chilli oil—and a creamy Puglia burrata, beautifully complemented by garden tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. The pasta alla Gricia offers a hearty interlude, featuring guanciale, pecorino and black pepper. However, the true highlight is the Stockyard 200-day grain-fed ribeye, grilled expertly over a wood-fire. It delivers superb marbling and flavour, executed to perfection. A side of Brussels sprouts with crispy prosciutto adds texture and richness without overwhelming the main.
