A place where enthusiasts in Singapore can enjoy a proper serving of Argentinean beef

Argentina is the world’s fourth-largest beef producer, and steak is central to its culture. Bochinche brings this expertise to Club Street with a chic, speakeasy-like ambience, plating premium wet-aged cuts sourced from Argentina, Australia, Japan and elsewhere. Start with a customary bread basket, loaded with a fragrant sourdough assortment. The star is the rich, cheese-laden canasta de pan, which pairs with the indulgent provoleta—a sweet-savoury, pan-based dish of tomatoes and honey pimentón. The steak, asado-grilled on applewood, balances a crisp char with deep, wet-aged flavour and the refreshing lilt of a signature herby chimichurri, made with olive oil, parsley, garlic and spices. Do not overlook the desserts. While the restaurant serves a faithful and creamy tres leches, the standout is the crème brûlée, featuring a crisp glaze and a dose of espresso martini within the rich interior.
