Invitingly classy LA-chic interiors and soft rock-and-roll grooves provide a polished portal into a menu of tomahawk steaks and premium cuts. The standout choice for carnivores is the woodfire-grilled kombu-cured OP ribeye. This Australian barley-fed Angus cut undergoes a 14-day dry-ageing process wrapped in kombu, before being seared over an applewood fire and finished with a compound butter. The ribeye’s hefty proportions and well-rendered crust deliver a powerful smoky flavour with a rich umami that lingers on the palate. Meanwhile, steakhouse staples are rendered with clear intent. The French onion soup arrives loaded with a bubbling gruyère gratin, while the signature Bedrock Mac ‘N’ Cheese is served in a hot skillet.
