Named after the native barbets that call the surrounding hills home, the bar carries a subtle, avian theme. From bird-embossed stirrers to lapel pins adorning uniforms. Behind the counter, mixologists deliver a Pahadi (the mountainous people native to the Himalaya region)-inspired menu, with standout pours such as Jatira, a blend of red rice tea, bergamot, dalle chilli and jatira (water celery) leaves. Accompanying the drinks is a selection of comfort-driven plates; think Naga pork sausage with bamboo shoot ice cream or Uttarakhandi-style mutton offal with finger millet sourdough.
