Lo, a bar veteran, and Wong, a creative from fashion and tattooing, built Bar Mind around a “no labels” philosophy—no bottles on display, no industry fluff, just hyper-intentional cocktails that taste like Hong Kong memories. The 80’s Highball layers lapsang souchong and winter melon tea into scotch; the Peach Reverie floats jasmine-infused merlot under sea salt cheese foam and torched parmesan. The menu arranges drinks by alcohol content, and the vibe is quiet, queer-friendly and unmistakably cool.
