Bar des Prés

Parisian poise meets Dubai polish. Bar des Prés is where design cocktails and culinary artistry converge in effortless style
If Bar des Prés were a person, it would be impeccably dressed but effortlessly cool. Conceived by chef Cyril Lignac and designed by award-winning studio Lázaro Rosa-Violán, it’s as much a cocktail destination as it is a restaurant. Set within ICD Brookfield Place, the space channels a Parisian sense of style—marble counters, supple leather, soft lighting—all tempered by Dubai’s appetite for sophistication.
At the bar, cocktails are the main act: inventive yet grounded in classic technique. The Tokyo Sidecar refreshes a French icon with Asian precision, while the La Vie en Rose is all elegance and perfume in a glass. For those who stay to dine, the blue lobster with citrus ponzu and crispy crab and avocado roll mirror the same cosmopolitan charm found in the drinks.
Bar des Prés thrives in its duality. Equal parts destination and discovery, where every pour and plate feels part of a larger performance. It’s where Dubai comes to linger long after dinner is done.
Tatler Tip
Request a seat at the marble counter for front-row theatre, the bartenders and chefs often send out off-menu tastings for the most engaged guests.
