Capturing the spirit of a 1930s Parisian brasserie, Aux Beaux Arts delivers classic French fare with refined flair

A French brasserie located in the Grande Praça at MGM Macau, Aux Beaux Arts offers a menu of traditional and contemporary French dishes in a setting inspired by 1930s Paris.

Designed with art deco accents, mahogany panelling and vintage furnishings, the restaurant includes both indoor seating and a terrace under the glass atrium. The menu, overseen by consultant chef Olivier Elzer and chef de cuisine Basil Yu, features a mix of brasserie classics and updated interpretations using seasonal ingredients. Dishes include Provençal-style bagna càuda, skate wing with spiced butter and a 1.2kg roasted beef rack with brandy peppercorn sauce. Desserts include a Paris-Brest with toasted hazelnuts and mascarpone ice cream.

Aux Beaux Arts also houses a two-storey walk-in wine cellar with over 6,000 bottles, including rare vintages and a private dining room for up to 12 guests. The adjoining ABA Bar offers classic and signature cocktails in a space styled with black-and-white chequered floors.
