Auor

Singaporean chef Edward Voon captures the essence of time through the medium of haute cuisine
Following the success of Le Pan, his contemporary French fine dining restaurant in Kowloon Bay, chef-owner Edward Voon has forayed into Wan Chai with Auor (pronounced “hour”) and enthusiasts of his food are sure to rejoice. Designed around the passage of time, a choice between the six- or eight-course menu takes diners on a grand journey of flavours centred on seasonal produce and quality ingredients. Auor’s restrained interiors and muted colour palette allow Voon’s food to shine, wonderfully complemented by a promising wine programme.
