For an even richer culinary journey, the Chef’s Tasting Menu offers a gastronomic tour of the country with regional dishes from North to South. Additionally, a comprehensive A La Carte menu features signature creations like Bánh Xèo Taco, Dalat-style Pizza, Mekong Delta Fish, Saigon Broken Rice, and Fish Sauce Ice Cream.
