The flagship concept of the Alegria Group shows off a transcultural menu which highlights the marriage of Filipino and Latin American flavours. A meal here takes diners on a journey through a range of textures and ingredients featured in dishes that play with both the traditional and modern. The menu is primed to change every harvest season. So around every six months or so, be sure to plan your next visit.
