Adaline isn’t just another DIFC dining address; it’s a full-bodied evening wrapped in velvet and song. Conceived as a modern supper club, the venue merges Italian culinary finesse with a love of theatre, sound and old-school seduction. Think 1920s rebellion meets 1950s film-star polish, filtered through Dubai’s contemporary pulse.

At the bar, cocktails steal the spotlight. The Amaro Negroni is all depth and restraint, while the Limoncello Spritz sparkles with citrus brightness. After dinner, the tempo rises: resident musicians segue into DJs, and a private karaoke lounge invites guests to take centre stage themselves. The kitchen, guided by chef Izu Ani, offers Italian classics with a cosmopolitan lilt: vitello tonnato, rigatoni alla vodka, and shareable plates that keep the night in motion. 

Designed by Studio ABM under Anthea Bosch-Moschini, Adaline’s interior shimmers with moody light, Art Deco detailing and cinematic drama, a space that feels equal parts film set and fantasy.
