Sake Central

Celebrating Japanese culture through food and beverage––with a focus on sake––Sake Central is a restaurant, bar and retail space found in the heart of PMQ. Beyond the retail space that is filled with an array of sake displays and handmade Japanese glassware and ceramics, an indigo curtain leads guests to a chic 16-seater bar. While sake obviously takes centre stage, all of the tapas-like otsumami dishes are designed to hold their own against the drink, with the space also hosting regular guest chef collaborations aimed at highlighting the culture or style of a certain cuisine and how it relates to sake.
