The founder and CEO of Insta-phenomenon @beautifuldestinations shares his best travel tips
With over 12.4 million followers, you've probably come across @beautifuldestinations on your Instagram feed at one point or another. The multiplatform business was created by 34-year-old entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey in the early days of Instagram to share inspiring travel content from around the world and connect with talented storytellers.
The former rugby player, who is also a World Wildlife Fund (WWF) ambassador and now, Asia Tatler's new travel editor-at-large, is constantly globetrotting and capturing his adventures along the way (as seen on his personal Instagram @jeremyjauncey).
Below, he shares his favourite trips, bucket list destinations and tips for travel photography with us in our latest edition of 'How I Travel':
Last trip?
Rwanda—one of my favourite countries in the world for its commitment to sustainable tourism, spectacular wildlife (gorillas) and warm people.
Next trip?
Amanpuri, Thailand for some long overdue rest and relaxation! I'll be trying their new wellness and detox offering.
What’s on your bucket list?
So many places! Norway, funnily enough, springs to mind.
What do you love most about travelling?
Meeting people and experiencing different cultures. I believe so strongly that travel is a universal language that connects people regardless of age, background, income, etc. and I find that part of travelling the most rewarding.
