Just opened in April 2019, Model Market on Sukhumvit Soi 53 is Bangkok’s first upcycling market, gathering some of the city’s well-known F&B names in the form of food trucks and pop-ups. Plastic straws, utensils and non-recyclable items are strictly prohibited from the venue—an eco-friendly outdoor space decked out in fairy lights, upcycled tables and chairs in a communal dining setting.
