From unique fashion choices to your favourite local ice cream and tea brands, Dream Cruises has brought on board some of Singapore's best to showcase to the world with its Support Local initiative
Singapore is well known for many of our homegrown brands that exude local flavour and bring pride and joy to our little island. Now, Dream Cruises is taking some of our favourite brands and showcasing them to the world with its first-ever Support Local initiative that aims to give our homegrown talent an international audience.

With its new initiative, Dream Cruises has partnered with four local and homegrown brands. These are Singapore’s homegrown tea brand The 1872 Clipper Tea Co, social enterprise The Animal Project, ice-cream and coffee lifestyle cafe Creamier, as well as lifestyle fashion brand Binary Style, to come up with a collection of items that will be available onboard World Dream from September 10.
As part of its collaboration, Dream Cruises worked closely with these brands to create limited-edition ice cream and tea flavours and specially designed items such as scarves, masks, and pouches for guests onboard its ship.

All of these items were specially designed to incorporate elements of the cruise and to bring to life sensorial and visual representations of the holiday experience.
For example, Binary Style, a fashion brand known for its conversational prints inspired by Singapore’s history and diverse cultural mix, took inspiration from the artwork it saw on World Dream as well as the ropes course and waterslide park.
Using these elements, it created two unique prints that you will find on scarves and masks in the collection.
“We loved the stunning hull artwork on World Dream that told the love story between an astronaut and a mermaid. We were also fascinated by the many offerings and entertainment onboard and wanted to use that to create distinctive designs for Dream Cruises that captured the lively experience onboard the ship in the form of wearable mementoes,” said Ms Santhi and Sari Tunas, the founders of Binary Style.
