The property will span 11 stories in the Toranomon-Azabudai development, and will comprise the tallest residential towers in central Tokyo
Aman will debut its first residence-only development, the Aman Residences, Tokyo, in 2023. Situated on floors 54 to 64 of the new Toranomon-Azabudai towers, the new Aman Residences will be housed in the same complex as the luxury travel company's newest sister brand, Janu, which will debut its Janu Tokyo hotel, as well.

The Aman Residences will be spread across 11 floors, and will comprise the tallest residential towers in central Tokyo. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects—who are perhaps best known for their work on the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, IFC in Hong Kong, the World Financial Centre in New York, the Chengdu Museum of Natural History, and Salesforce Tower in San Francisco—the property consists of 91 homes designed by Yabu Pushelberg, and a 1,400 sq m Aman spa accessible only to residents.
The Janu Tokyo will be home to 120 guest rooms and suites designed by Denniston as well as a 3,500 sq m spa and wellness facility, six restaurants and bars.
