香港灣仔(Wan Chai)於國際間非常出名,除了因為這區歷史悠久,更因為灣仔的靈異傳說與鬼故事是香港數一數二的多。縱使灣仔今日變得如何繁華與五光十色,但過去的歷史也不應被埋在一棟棟高樓大廈與豪宅之下。趁這個萬聖節,除了去各大主題公園的Halloween,有膽量的話不如考慮夜訪灣仔作靈異探險遊?

灣仔(Wan Chai)是香港最熱門的靈異探險地點,這其實跟灣仔過往的歷史有關。早於1841年英軍佔領香港後,灣仔就是居民最早的定居點之一。在灣仔傳聞的鬼故事當中,很多原因都直指跟香港於日佔時期被日軍攻佔有關,好像當年被用作防空洞的地方、球場曾為刑場等。有團體更提供「灣仔靈異傳說及鬼故美食遊」,帶領大家認識灣仔的歷史以及過往「鮮為人知」的一面。這5個灣仔最「得人驚」地點值得大家認識。

1. 灣仔舊街市原址:曾為防空洞

位於灣仔灣仔道交界,於石水渠街附近的灣仔舊街市原址。在40年代日佔期間曾經被用作防空洞,該地曾被多次轟炸,當時不少人在炸彈空襲時走避不及,斷送了不少性命,有說當年日軍將屍體堆放在街市地牢,用作停屍間,故此陰氣極重。曾經一度有人在該處掛上桃木劍和大方鏡辟邪;而在星街盡頭的防空洞入口則掛上特大朱砂暗符,兼栽種了一排長竹。在城市發展下,現為豪宅及已局部拆卸的街市建築。

2. 灣仔南固臺大宅(紅屋)

有紅屋(紅磚房)之稱的南固臺大宅,在1915到1921年間興建,這座樓高兩層的大宅獲得政府一級歷史建築評級,但是多年來都是處於荒廢狀態,被重門深鎖,空無一人。原來,這座南固臺大宅更有「灣仔鬼屋」的稱號,原因是這座大宅原本的主人杜澤文在日軍佔領期間於大宅內不閒所以地去世,據說南固臺後來曾經用作日軍慰安所,街坊更聲稱不時聽到屋裏傳出女人慘叫的聲音,傳聞之下令這座重門深鎖的大宅更顯詫異,早年更有年輕人深夜前往「探險」,其中有人更變得情緒失常,當時更有傳媒廣泛報道,閙得全城熱哄哄。

3. 灣仔聖璐琦書院 St Luke's College

在灣仔的南固台大宅正面還有所荒廢多年的學校聖璐琦書院。聖璐琦書院早於1980年代已經丟空,屬天井型設計,有指當時的校內沒有操場,學生要到天台上體育課,但後來校方突然禁止師生再到天台。又有傳學校前身是大宅,屋主曾被日軍活生生由高處拋下;又有指聖璐琦書院又同樣地於日軍佔領時期作日軍慰安所,不少婦女曾在此失去性命。多年來在種種傳聞下,加上書院又被丟棄以及重門深鎖數十年,令此地更加詭秘。

4. 灣仔修頓球場

位於灣仔的修頓球場,現在人們經常熙來攘往,但原來有說於日佔時期修頓球場曾經淪為刑場,也就是曾作亂葬崗,以前不少舊街坊都叮囑小孩晚上不要去那裏玩耍。因當時街燈照明很差,看不清踢波的是人還是鬼,更有傳聞說,有人看見在拍打的籃球突然之間變成了人頭之說,令修頓球場的靈異傳聞變得更詭異。然而,由於灣仔區的急促發展,現今修頓球場的熱鬧程度已不可同日而語,很多人在運動、晨運、散步甚至是周末市集都會在此。

5. 東城大廈

位於灣仔駱克道與分域街交界的東城大廈,現在是高聳的商業大廈寫字樓,但好多人都知東城大廈的前身是東城戲院,也就是提起戲院靈異事件,皆會以歷史最悠久的東城戲院為首。在日佔時期過後,當時的「重災區」就集中於灣仔,灣仔的殯儀業相當旺盛,而東城戲院的前身為萬國殯儀館,至灣仔的殯儀業搬遷至北角與紅磡一帶後,該地則改造為東城戲院,並於1964年2月9日開幕。當時的東城戲院最出名的就是「全院滿座」,在沒有售出所有票的情況下,到開場時座位都沒有坐滿,但於放映中途就會突然「全院滿座」,但當中場燈光一亮,那些滿座的情況就會不翼而飛,此傳說亦成為灣仔最出名的靈異故事之一。
