英國「太陽報」報導，李奧納多與交往 5 年的辣模卡蜜拉摩洛（Camila Morrone）已分手。根據了解，兩人於 2017 年交往，2018 年 1 月公開認愛，並且李奧納多對卡蜜拉相當重視，2020 年還曾帶著她出席奧斯卡頒獎典禮，此舉可繼由超模吉賽兒邦臣後咧奧納多帶去奧斯卡頒獎典禮的第 2 位女友。
