1. Sweet Tooth
The new fantasy and sci-fi offering from Netflix this month is Sweet Tooth set years after "The Great Crumble" that led to the mysterious emergence of hybrids—babies born part human, part animal. We follow a hybrid deer-boy who forms an unlikely bond with a wandering loner. The two embark on an extraordinary adventure through the lush, dangerous world left behind, searching for the meaning of home.
The series is inspired by the DC Vertigo Sweet Tooth comic books by Jeff Lemire which was originally planned for a movie adaptation. Marvel star, Robert Downey Jr. serves as executive producer for this eight-episode series.
