Lupin, inspired by Arsène Lupin the "Gentleman Burglar", a character created by Maurice Leblanc follows Assane Diop (Omar Sy), also unofficially known as the master of disguise.

He's out to avenge his father who's been accused of theft by the wealthy family he worked for. If you love Sherlock, heist, disguises and cleverly avoiding the police, Lupin is for you.

Call My Agent

We can't talk about French shows without talking about Call My Agent. This critically acclaimed show revolves around a fictional French talent agency and the agents of three actors who try to live their own lives while struggling to cater to their clients. Expect real French celebrities to be featured on the show.

Think of it as a slice-of-life drama/comedy show that involves tantrums, treachery, secret flings and what else happen behind the scenes when you work with stars.

Family Business

This Netflix original follows 35-year-old entrepreneur Joseph (Jonathan Cohen) who's always full of ideas though they seem to never work out...until he thinks that he finally has the idea he's been waiting for.

As France is about to legalise marijuana, according to Joseph's "reliable source", he turns his family's butcher shop into a weed dispensary. It's a whole lot of funny family dynamics that unfold from there.

The Break

While The Break is actually a Belgian drama, the dialogue is delivered in French and because we love a good crime show, we're adding it here.

This gripping series follows police detective Yoann Peeters (Yoann Blanc) who's trying to move on from a painful loss by returning to his hometown. It would've been a break for the detective but he soon finds himself caught up in a murder investigation filled with dark secrets.
