Held at the newly opened Rosewood Hong Kong, the fifth annual amfAR Gala took place on March 25, 2019 to kick off Hong Kong Art Week.
The event this year honoured renowned entrepreneur Adrian Cheng, founder of K11 and heir to the Chow Tai Fook and New World Group empires. Featuring a cocktail reception, dinner, live auction and entertainment by Nicole Scherzinger, the gala raised funds in support of HIV/AIDS research with the goal of "making AIDS history."
