If you are a fan of Air Supply or romance, this show is for you!

All Out of Love is an original production, which premiered last October 18 and will be on a limited run at Resorts World Manila Newport Performing Arts Theatre. It features the music of classic rock duo Air Supply turned into a love story between a global rockstar, Jaime Crimson, aptly portrayed by MiG Ayesa, and a struggling songwriter, Rayne, played marvellously by Rachel Alejandro. Beyond the romance, it also featured a rather old but relevant themes of leaving legacies, taking over the family business, and the importance of family.

While the plot has already been told a hundred different ways in movies and television, the performance of the cast is undeniably entertaining creating a captivating spectacle, especially the endearing romance between the characters of MiG Ayesa and Rachel Alejandro. Also notable are the powerhouse voices of Raymund Concepcion and Tanya Manalang whose authenticity and superb delivery brought life and depth in the father-daughter storyline.

The production adequately but creatively takes you back to New York, 1980 – the neon signs, the 24-hour community, the late night city cafés and the ubiquitous musical vibe of the era.

Kids of the 70’s-90’s who grew up with the music of Air Supply stood in applause at the gratuitous rock concert which ended the program along with the special appearance of Air Supply lead vocalist Russell Hitchcock, and singer-songwriter and guitarist Graham Russell at the premiere.
