Find designs made by Filipino artists and unravel its stories through the new Fame+ website!
For the first time, people have come together online for Citem's annual event Manila FAME. With the help of IPG Mediabrands, Citem is now able to bring Manila FAME online through the new website they recently launched in October 2020 — fameplus.com.
This shift, however, does not take away the event's vibrance. The show continued on, unruffled, even by technical complications. After all, Manila FAME is used to "[turning] a problem into an inspiration," as Cong Christopher de Venecia puts it, during his speech at the beginning of the event.

The Fame+ website serves as a great avenue for the current situation that limits its exhibitors, buyers, and design enthusiasts. Although their main goal was to bring the Manila FAME event online, Citem and IPG Mediabrands added much more.
"[Fame+] is not an e-commerce site. It's a promotions platform," Citem's Executive Director Pauline Suaco-Juan shared.
During the launch, Head of Creative and Technology Jay S Arellano from IPG Mediabrands proudly gave us a tour of the new Fame+ website. Some of the most striking new features of the website are those you won't usually find in the Manila FAME live events which ultimately makes Fame+ a special platform.
