1. Silent Disco Yoga

Where: Central & Western District Promenade Pier No.2, Sai Wan
What: Start the year healthy and happy with a relaxing yoga experience on the waterfront. Organised by The Yoga Room, guests will enjoy an immersive class that combines music and yoga. Throughout the workshop, the teacher’s instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets. Make sure you bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and sunscreen.

2. Life Photo Studio in Hong Kong II: Colour Therapy

What: Korea’s beloved exhibition ‘Life Photo Studio’ is back! With a concept of bringing self-service photography space, the exhibition offers 20 uniquely designed photobooths s featuring studio-standard lighting for visitors to take amazing Instagram shots as much as they want.

3. Creative Workshop Series @PMQ

4. Carnaby Fair x The Stallery: Sub9ture Cap-Art Exhibition
When: From now till February 13
Where: The Stallery, G/F 82A Stone Nullah Lane, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
What: Local street fashion label Carnaby Fair has joined hands with The Stallery to present a present Sub9ture, an exhibition featuring seven capsule collections by some of Hong Kong’s most famous artists, including Mr Yim Chiu Tong (aka The Plumber King, 渠王), Boms, DaddyBoy, Cynthia Luk, Ernest Chang, Son of Fire Month and Metal Day and Muschi.
Transforming the gallery space into a creative studio, visitors are invited to explore the diverse sub-cultures of the city through the perspective of each featured artist. Expect a unique series of works including digital installations, large-scale displays, and engaging interactive experiences.
5. Green Hour's Bun Run
When: Every Thursday in February
Where: Various locations across Hong Kong
What: Green Hour, a Hong Kong-based NGO dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and offering support to the grassroots community, has teamed up with local restaurants and bakeries to host a charity event, Bun Run, inviting the public to fight against food waste through distributing surplus food items to those in need.

6. Yoga Breakfast Club at Kerry Hotel
