An architecture exhibition dedicated to showcasing a collection of works from both the past and future

Do you remember the Peak Tower? The old, spaceship-like building designed by Hong Kong’s Chung Wah Nan that presided over the cityscape from 1972 until 1993, pictured above. In the M+ architecture collection exhibition held at ArtisTree, Chung’s work will be shown alongside works by the revered Ai Weiwei, Frank Lloyd Wright and Ma Yansong, to name a few.

Not only will the exhibition showcase the museum’s expansive and growing architecture collection of over 100 works, but it will also present the future M+ building by revered Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, with Hong Kong’s TFP Farrells and Ove Arup & Partners.

The first of its kind in Asia, the collection exhibition will present works by more than 35 architects, artists and firms dating back from the 1920s until now. For the exhibition, M+ has also organised a series of guided tours, public talks, Sunday workshops and teachers’ events for audiences of all ages, but be sure to register online to secure your spot.
