Sally specialises in bariatric surgery nutrition, weight management and type II diabetes. She is a private dietitian and has a part-time role at Hong Kong Bariatric and Metabolic Institute. She is currently the Chairman of Hong Kong Practising Dietitians Union and a committee member of the Child Nutrition Advisory Group. Sally is very active in promoting healthy eating concepts and has appeared extensively in local and overseas media.
